Charming home located on quiet street with great neighbors. This beautifully maintained home is located where the historic Old Fresno High and Tower Districts meet. This three bedroom, two bath home has maintained all the charm and character of both neighborhoods with the iconic arched entry ways and built in storage throughout.

Front bedroom is currently occupied by female professional; master bedroom with private bath, walk-in closet, and backyard access available. Master bedroom is spacious with a walk in closet, blackout curtains, Smart TV, individual AC. en suite bathroom, also updated, with walk-in shower and access to backyard. This room is $1600 per month.

Third bedroom is in the middle of the other two and is primarily used as an office with desk, chair, printer/scanner and a futon that can be made into a bed for visitors. Wi-Fi booster included for excellent Wi-Fi connection. This is a common area for both renters to use. If using this area for a guest to stay overnight it must be coordinated with other renter and not intended for long time stays for friends.

Common areas are the living room, dining room, kitchen and in-house laundry room. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled with newer countertops, appliances and recessed lighting. Doggy door also included so your fur babies can have access to the very spacious backyard.

We will do a 12 month contract then month to month after.

A 5 minute walk to the South takes you to Tower District with several shops, restaurants, pubs, coffee/tea houses, nightclubs and a farmers market every Thursday evening. To the North is a quaint row of shops and artist/dance studios, including Fresno's renowned Ampersand Ice Cream Parlor and an artisanal bodega delicatessen. ArtHop, on the first Thursday of the month, is also a quick walk or drive away depending on which studios you'd like to visit.

Female professional and student occupying front room; no pets or children. Our house comes fully furnished with all kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies along with linens, towels, etc.
