I work during the day here in my home office so will need the place to be quiet during the day. This is a very quiet neighborhood.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home. My master bedroom is downstairs with it own bathroom so my roommate will have access to the guest room upstairs which also has a bathroom. At the moment, I am the only one living here but I plan to rent the two vacant rooms upstairs. There is also a loft upstairs that can be used (shared space).

You will be able to use the home’s kitchen, stove, and microwave if you will clean very well after yourself when you use them.

Ideally you’re interested in a 1 month lease upfront and month to month after that. Ultimately, I’m interested in a long term renters so we can discuss.
