Female only! This is a gorgeous, three bedroom house with a lot of space and the kitchen has everything you could possibly want in it! An espresso/cappuccino machine, regular coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven, two ovens, gas stove, fireplace, huge Saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, and there is an adjustable bench for chest, leg, presses, leg curls, and there’s plenty of dumbbells and bands for working abductors, anything you could desire in a gym. There’s an awesome brand new elliptical and an inversion machine to stretch out the back. You will also have access to washer and dryer in the garage. There is a 86 inch screen TV in the main living room and in the den is a 65 inch TV above the fireplace. We have Xfinity cable with HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, you name it, we have it and in all honesty, it’s really like paradise in this house! It’s a really safe neighborhood and there’s plenty of parking right in front of the house or in the driveway. It’s in the Terralinda neighborhood which one of the safest neighborhoods in San Rafael. The room is completely furnished and it’s beautiful and there’s a brand new smart TV in there. There is a queen size Beautyrest mattress, which has bamboo sheets which are the most comfortable sheets. Also has super comfortable blankets and pillows all bamboo and we have Egyptian cotton as well. The house is a 10 minute walk from Kaiser Permanente hospital or a two minute drive. It is really THAT close in the neighborhood and the area is lush and absolutely gorgeous.

I am a registered nurse who works as a Case Manager in San Francisco three days a week and my partner Biachi is a personal trainer and she takes care of small dogs when people go away on vacation. there are not a lot of dogs just a couple. They’re very sweet I have a 14-year-old blind Shih Tzu and an 11-year-old dancing malshipoo. Anyway sometimes just Biachi is home. Sometimes we’re both up there. Sometimes we’re both in the city. (we both alternate living in San Rafael and in San Francisco.) It varies but you’ll get plenty of space and privacy. We are super easy to get along with and very clean. That’s super important by the way. You will never have to worry about the communal space being dirty.
