Rent is $1275 per person and this will cover your rent, utilities, and electricity. Internet is free.

You would get a decent sized room all to yourself with your own bathroom. Furniture around the house is already provided, all you would need is furniture for your bedroom. The apartment has a nice roomy kitchen with an island countertop, a personal walk-in closet, glass door shower, a balcony (we would be on the first floor by the way), and is next to the pool area if swimming is your thing. As for the complex, it’s really nice and the people (especially the leasing office) are very friendly. There is a nice gym, game room, pool, grills, free starbucks coffee, and a cool fireplace for fun activities. Parking is not free but they do have a 24 hour parking garage for free next to the complex. Also, its right next to the light rail for those who go to ASU.

I’m looking for a male who is in my age group, chill, clean/organized, doesn’t smoke, pays rent on time, willing to split chores, and is considerate.
