East Allen Street

Great little spot in the middle of Winooski. Walking distance from multiple bars, restaurants, cafes, and the liquor store. The unit is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), two bedrooms and one bathroom. You would get the big bedroom! Huge windows, adorable little kitchen (no dishwasher), and an exposed brick wall in the common space. The place has so much charm and has been a dream to live in for the past year.

I am a young professional working in downtown Burlington. I’m the only roommate, aside from my tabby cat Juniper. She has minimal experience living with other cats so I would prefer not to bring another one into her space. I’m a violinist (though I don’t play much), 420 friendly, and queer. I work a 9-5 so I am not home much of the day. I can be a bit messy (not dirty!), but I tend to keep the mess in my own room and I like common spaces to be tidy and clean. I love hosting gatherings and having friends over, but I also appreciate my privacy and personal space a lot of the time. If you’re into astrology, I’m a taurus sun, libra moon, capricorn rising!
