I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for March 1st, latest April 1st until July 15th. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath apartment with a balcony in Dumbo, Brooklyn. The apartment is very spacious my room is spacious as well with good natural lighting and a private bathroom, my roommates share the other bathroom. Rent is 2000 a month, plus utilities which is around 80-120 a month. My roommates are super welcoming and wonderful, they are both 25 year old girls so I am looking for a girl to take over my lease preferably. Please let me know if you are interested!

I have two roommates, one of them is 25 she works as a diversity and inclusion associate but she’s an aspiring actress. The other one is 24 and works in tech sales. Both of them are complete sweethearts, they are my close friends since middle school. They mostly go out on weekends, they are very clean and kind, they have been the best roomies I could ask for
