Main level room for rent on S. Braddock St historic house. Shared laundry, kitchen, and back yard. You would have your own room, living area, and bathroom! Utilities not included in rent- we share electric, water, and internet.

My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new roomie to move in April 1! You’d be sharing the kitchen and laundry (which is in one of the bathrooms) with me, but otherwise we’d have our own space, as there is an upstairs and downstairs.
