The rental area is the entire lower level of my 3,800 sq, foot home. Access is through the garage or through a sliding glass door from the back yard. There is a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large living room with a recliner chair facing the back yard. I also have a master bedroom and a guest bedroom on the second floor, which is seldom used. A single car parking space is available in the garage.

I live alone in my home. I might eventually rent out my guest bedroom upstairs, which has a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower. One step at a time. My priority is to rent out my lower level apartment first.
