Moble home unit in a 55+ community,pet friendly, dogs or cats welcome ,2 bedroom and 2 bathroom,outdoor patio

I’m a active and retired 55+ female, I lost my job during covid so had to retire early. I sold my home in Fresno and been living off part of the sale of the home and my social security. Me and my sister both bought a mobile home in oakhurst. It’s a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home . My sister is in the hospital so I’m looking for a roommate to share expenses . Between space fee and utilities and garbage, it’s been costing about 530 a piece plus half of the pge split the pge usually runs around 200 or so each month I have a CARE discount on the pge. IM a non smoker and a dog lover so if you have a dog or so or a cat that would be no problem, there is no fence in backyard so you would need to take your pet out for exercise. My dogs are trained to use we we pads inside. My dogs are my babies so I would only consider someone who likes dogs and cats. If you’re some one looking for a affordable place to live that is very pet friendly. I like to keep a clean house.
