Males 21~30 preferred but not a dealbreaker. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from Maryville. It is a 2-story house with 1.5 bathrooms. The bedroom is unfurnished, and you will have your own closet. The bathroom with the shower is upstairs and will be shared.
Utilities are not included.
You must be responsible, the house is brand new so just be sure to clean up after yourself please. Please pay rent on time every month. No pets please. You also must be working full-time. We can discuss more details as we go.
About the roomies
I am pretty quiet and I usually keep to myself. I work full time at my current job but I still try to find time to go out.
