About the room

Hello! We are looking to rent out two of our bedrooms in our single-family home. The private bedrooms are located upstairs. Our first bedroom is a studio being rented out for $600 with an additional $50 each month towards utilities totaling the room to $650 monthly. The second bedroom is being rented out for $650 with an additional $50 each month towards utilities totaling the room to $700 monthly. The rooms have their own personal lock/key to enter the bedroom to keep items safe. Tenants will have a shared full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. House amenities and common areas will be shared. This includes kitchen, laundry room, loft, and living room area. The common areas are partly furnished and welcome any tenants to furnish. We are looking for serious inquiries only. WE DO REQUIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
