I’m looking to rent out my basement bedroom - full privacy with it’s own private bathroom and small private patio/emergency escape. My home is new construction built in 2023.

Preferred move in date would be April 1 - May 1. Rent + utilities (Electric, Water, Wi-fi) to be shared equally among all tenants.

I’m willing to allow shared access to my washer/dryer, living/dining/kitchen area, and backyard.

First few photos are a staged home with same layout. The house is still unfurnished. The last 5 photos I took of the room available and private bathroom.

Our household is 420 friendly.

Hey! My name is Key and I recently purchased a home in Philadelphia, brewerytown area. My sister also lives with me, she’s 19 and attends university. We do have pets - 2 cats, 1 bunny, and 1 leopard gecko. We are looking for someone pet friendly and non allergic. Ideally not looking to add more pets - but willing to consider another cat or small dog that is friendly with cats.
