The common areas include a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a BBQ on the patio, a 52 inch smart tv, gigabit internet, various kitchen appliances(air-fryer, Espresso machine, more) and central AC and heating. There is also a spare bedroom/office with a single bed and full office setup available.

The home is located in the North Potomac area, close to Falls Grove, The Crown/Rio and Shady Grove Hospital.

The newly painted master bedroom is over 100 square feet and includes two large double closets, a large private ensuite bathroom, and 2 large windows overlooking the woods behind the house. These bedrooms are the only unfurnished rooms in the house. You will also have a designated parking spot.

You would be living with Philip and his loving Ridgeback mix Simba. Philip is a 27 year old software engineer working from home. He is easy going and sociable and spends his time with friends and family or working on his startup.
