Must work full time and have stable income available to rent now and rental agreement is on a month to month basis . Rents due on the first of each month 1100.00 and require a deposit equal to one months rent due prior to moving in. Require a 30 day notice with intent to move out pg&e and water garbage and high speed internet are included .
