New constructed beautiful Townhome located just off colonial. Room includes private bathroom and walk in closet. Location includes a dog park, pool, and 24/7 gym.

House is fully furnished other than the available second master bedroom. Living area is downstairs (rooms are upstairs) and where I spend of most my time when I’m home. I enjoy watching movies and have a home theater system that I use every so often. I do not smoke or drink but am not against it. Looking for a responsible, organized roommate.
