Jennifer's room

1 bedroom available - large house in the historic district of Maryville. Close to Maryville College and Downtown. One full bath, which will be shared with one room mate. Space for vegetable gardening. Walking paths close by. Our definition of clean is VERY clean. We require someone who cleans up after themselves. Laundry in house. The bottom half of the house has another apartment - the lady who lives there goes to work early - so we need quiet time around 9PM.

Maryann and I are very chill. We work, we cook, we go to sleep. We also have a small dog named Lillian in house. We cannot accept any more pets, unfortunately. Other room mate and I both smoke OUTSIDE. There is to be no smoking inside the house . Ever.
