Upstairs apartment off campus. Bay windows in the living room and bedroom. Clean and safe space. Furnished living room and house already due to two girl already staying there. Looking for one more girl!!! The backyard has a nice fire-pit, there is also a porch and a driveway. Next door neighbors and downstairs neighbors are very friendly! So are the roommates!

Two girls currently living there, I am moving out due to personal reasons. They’re very friendly and and willing to compromise and make things work. It is in a rather quiet area and the roommates are generally quiet as well. It’s not a party house but having people over is never a problem! Communication is key! :)
