I have been renting here with my sister for 3 years. She is moving out and I need a roommate. It’s the larger of the two rooms. It has 2 closets. There is 1.5 bath. So the upstairs bathroom will be shared.the house is fully furnished besides the room. I have a washer and dryer that can be used in house.
