Hello, I am moving to a new state and looking for someone to take over my all inclusive lease for a private room and bathroom in a 3b 3b condo with in-unit laundry ASAP in the most sought after over-the-bridge savin hill area. The current lease ends august 31st and can be extended. The unit is 5 mins walk to savin hill train station(red line) and is brand new(I was the first to live here since September). You will be sharing the unit with two young professionals in their late 20s who like to keep to themselves and are very clean and considerate. Move in costs will require security deposit and last month’s rent (No brokers fee). I can leave the room furnished/unfurnished.
