Located right off the 10 and 605 freeway. 10 mins away from the West Covina mall and 5 mins away from a Target, Walmart and other shopping places. The whole house is furnished with appliances, if you want your room furnished let me know, I can make that happen. You’ll have access to a washer and dryer on site. If gaming is your thing, we have fiber optic internet. There’s a backyard with a nice patio area to chill and relax.
You’ll be sharing the house with me(female) and another roommate(male). We both work full time but on our free time, I like to catch up on my shows or game a little bit; he likes to workout and game. I would be open to cooking meals for everyone as long as we split groceries. I have a little maltipoo that will be staying over with us sometimes but she will never leave my side or be home alone. Overall, both of us are easy going and open to looking for a roommate to hangout and talk to.
