About the room
Small room 15x10 with a walk in closet available in a three bedroom bottom duplex unit. Common spaces include a sun room, living room, kitchen and bathroom, laundry in basement, back yard and potentially a garage space for a bit extra. Lease could potentially be flexible. Mine is through October so could provide up to that.
I have a 40lb female pit mix, and would really love to find a roommate with a dog who would like to be her buddy.
Move in date could potentially be flexible. Looking for a good fit rather than to fill the room asap. Last months rent due on move in. Utilities covered in rent.

About the roomies
Roommates would be two women in our 30s. LGBTQ+ friendly household, quiet and neat. Neither of us drink or smoke in the house and like to keep things pretty low key. Light drinking and small get togethers are fine though. We both like to cook, play music, bike. Both of us work outside of the house, Monday thru Friday. I have a 40lb female pit mix, and would really love to find a roommate with a dog who would like to be her buddy. Can’t accommodate any other pets unfortunately.
