Looking to fill a room in a 3-bedroom apartment located in downtown Greenville. I’ve relocated for work and there is 6 months remaining on the lease (March - August). Located on the 3rd floor we have a great view of Greenville. Apartment has a modern kitchen, a comfortable living area, and shared bathroom (with 1 other). The available room includes its own closet. Monthly rent is $825 (utilities approximately $75). This rent includes a designated parking spot. The two other tenants are recent Clemson graduates who have regular work hours during the week. They are both clean respectful of the shared spaces.
