About the room
Hi! I am looking for a responsible roommate. Preferably someone who is financially stable, mature and cleans up after themselves.
The utilities are included.
The room that is available is 13’1“ x 9’5“.
The room does come with two large closets (not included in the room dimensions).
There are two windows in the room. Both are 24 inches wide.
The apartment is around the corner from the Church Avenue train station (B and Q trains).
The Prospect Park South East entrance is a short walk from the apartment. Please note that there is an application fee associated with renting the space.

About the roomies
I’m a woman in my late twenties who identifies as (L)GBTQ. I spend majority of my time at work, or at my partner’s place. I’m a performing artist and dance choreographer. Born and raised in Brooklyn. I can provide identification, if necessary, feel free to ask.
