Duchess Court

It’s my old game room as you can see from the pictures. I’m clearing the room so I can rent it, but if you want to keep the posters that would be awesome. My house also has a little gym.

This is my first house that was meant for my wife and kid but things didnt work out, so don’t have the need for the room so renting it out. I plan on refurbishing it a bit more so ideas are welcome. I have a co worker staying with me in the 3rd bedroom and I also have my kid on the weekends. I stay very busy during weekdays with both jobs so you probably won’t see me until the weekends.
