Eddie's room

Our wonderful home is located on a quiet & wide street in Northglenn. We have plenty of shops and restaurants, very nearby, at the Northglenn Marketplace. Excellent location near bike trails, parks and I-25.

The backyard has a deck overlooking a flat yard with big trees and a built-in fire pit. Home has functional layout and lots of natural sun light. Access to 5 burner grill, flat top grill, and propane/charcoal smoker.

Kitchen has black-pearl granite counters with leathered texture. Appliances include gas stove, microwave, convection oven with air-fry, dishwasher and refrigerator, plus everything else in the kitchen. Both bathrooms are remodeled and for use in public spaces (negotiable). The one downstairs, near the vacant bedroom; has a nice soaking tub. Mudroom has washer & dryer.

Bedroom is about 15 x 15, located downstairs, with a large window facing the street. Large closet with sliding doors. There’s also a 2nd furnished living room downstairs. We have a queen sized bed, dresser, and side table that can be used to furnish the room, otherwise you’re free to bring your own room furnishings. The following is also included in rent:

• Parking on the extended side of the driveway; it’s not covered but off of the street.
• Shared storage room
• All bills (internet, electric, utilities)
• Streaming Services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, and Max)

We have 3 indoor cats and two dogs that each weigh about 50 lbs. We are open to animals, but dogs must not be cat-sharp. I work for a small clothing brand and do roofing as well. My wife is currently looking for work and flips vintage stuff. We’re in our early 40’s and enjoy watching TV, playing video games and some outdoor activities.
