The room is very spacious, and so is the bathroom, the living room is furnished, i have a couch, a TV and a coffee table, if you would like more furniture you are free to get some but your room is unfurnished. Washing machines are included. The lease is under my name until August and if you like the place and want to extend your stay I can transfer it to you after my contract ends. I have an 8-month-old kitten. my only request would be to keep the kitchen and your room clean.

i am a software engineer, who recently graduated from MTSU. I’m usually in my room working or in the kitchen cooking a meal. I have a part-time job also on the weekends so you won’t see me most of the time. I’ll be either at work or in my room. My ideal roommate would be either a student or a professional, you are allowed to have small parties but nothing crazy that would distract me or the neighbours.
