About the room
Howdy! I am renting out a 12’x12’ room in a 1600sqft house on the border of Lake Worth and Fort Worth. Great area with grocery stores nearby, several great gyms, and really chill, clean, and responsible room mates. Shared bathroom and large kitchen. 20 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, 15 from the StockYards. Good and safe neighborhood with cameras covering the front door and parking lot.
No smoking (except vaped nic), THC, felons, or SOs. No couples or additional pets. Background check will be conducted. Expected stay is at least one month, can be up to 2 years. Available Now.
About the roomies
One roommate is a private baseball instructor and the other is a Fort Worth police officer. Both super relaxed, nice to talk to, very kind, and super clean. Two dogs in the house whom are the sweetest and most quiet old black Labradors I have ever been around.
