I’m subletting my room in Somerville ASAP. The lease ends August 31st but there’s the option to renew it.

It’s the master bedroom in a 4bed/4bath house. You’ll be living on the first floor with a roommate and the other 2bedrooms are in the basement.

-free laundry in unit -3 minute walk from Davis Square and the red line -15 minute walk to porter square -little overlap with roommates since we all have our own bathrooms -largeee closet and a large room -central A/C and heating

Rent is $1650 and utilities are approx $100 altogether (water, electricity, wifi etc). Please reach out to me if you’re interested and would like to visit/meet the roommates!

Roommate 1 - works as an engineer (mostly remote other than 1 week). Is considerate and helpful Roommate 2 - works for a biotech company in research. Keeps to herself mostly and rarely uses the common areas Roommate 3 - works as an electrical engineer and also keeps to himself/rarely uses the common areas.
