This unique place has a style all its own. Cozy in a luxury building in one of the coolest city of Queens. Coffee shops, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants (including a Michelin Start restaurant), and two major train stations that takes you to the city. All of that in walking distance from the building. The apartment is clean, organized and well maintained by me and my girlfriend. We both work a lot sometimes from home. Room is fully furnished, comes with TV, Amazon Fire stick, closed, office desk, office chair, great bed, AC & Heat in your room. The property has a very big unfurnished Roof Top (you can see the city from there and BBQ during the summer 😉), play room, bike room, package, area, laundry and Gym. All doors have codes, the building is fully renovated and has security cameras. We are 10 minutes walk from Halsey (L) or Fresh Pound Road (M). Or you can take a 10 minutes bus ride to Myrtle-Wickoff to take the L OR M.

Hello, we are Tati & Vivi. We are a couple. We are respectful, clean, organized and friendly. We are both Brazilian/ American. We are very friendly and enjoy a peaceful home. We believe our home is our safety zone and we hope you appreciate that. We are hard workers and both have a full time and a part time jobs. We work part time from home and our office is inside our room.
