Looking for a Young Professional or Student Roommate for my 1 Bedroom with Private Bathroom Available for Rent

You’d be living with me (Homeowner) and another tenant, a young working professional in her 20’s.

The Room is located on the 1st Floor of the 4-Bedroom House. Bathroom is right next door, not en suite.

Rent is $1250 including all Utilities (Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water, etc.).

Month to Month Basis

Move in 03/11/24 (or flexible)

Comes furnished with Full Bed & Mattress, Cabinet Table, Console Desk & Chair

Access to Dining Room and Kitchen for Light and Quick Cooking

Washer & Dryer use is included

Plenty of Convenient Parking Available

Very close to Shopping Centers (Groceries, Restaurants, Gym, Irvine Spectrum, etc.).

About 15-20 minutes drive to UCI.

For One Occupant only. No Couples, No Kids and No Pets please. No WFH and No Overnight guests/visitors allowed.
