You’d be living with me (Homeowner) and another tenant, a young working professional in her 20’s.

The Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the 4-Bedroom House. Private Bathroom is right next door.

Rent is $1375 including all Utilities (Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water, etc.).

Month to Month Basis

Move in 5/5/24 (or flexible)

Comes furnished with Queen Bed & Mattress, Bedside Table, Sony Flat Screen Smart TV, Console Desk & Chair
