We are right off of PCH, across the street from the water, and conveniently located by a coffee shop, restaurant, and the Frog House! The lease is month-to-month, with utilities included, and a refundable security deposit. One of the rooms is available for move-in on March 1st, and the other is available on March 14th.
We are both in our careers and grinding work. We’re laid back, clean, social, and active… looking for likewise. If you enjoy the ocean that’s a plus.
