Room for rent in 2-bedroom apartment (The Place Off Coffee). $750.00 per month. Private bathroom. Kitchen, living room, dining room shared. Apartment has all appliances and washer and dryer. On-site exercise room and pool. About 4 mi. (9 minutes) from CSUB. Very close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants (most within walking distance). No deposit (I already paid the deposit). Month-to-month (I am on a 12-month lease, but the roommate does not need to commit to that length of time). Apartment management requires application with $30 fee. I can cover utilities and internet.
No pets. No smoking, drug use, illegal substances or activities. All ages and genders welcome.
About the roomies
