The apartment is in a complex with other apartments. This apartment was just renovated so the floor and kitchen are pretty nice. It’s a 2 bedroom. $1,800 a month all utilities are covered. Your rent would be $850 a month. The room available is slightly smaller but the shared space is quite big and I’d pay for the utilities that the owner isn’t paying. No dogs no GA, cats allowed $50 per month fee
