AVAILABLE [ 05/01/24 - 07/14/24 ] I am subleasing a single room in a two bed room apartment, there will be one other roommate. Bedroom is located downstairs (mattress and/or dressers are available if wanted). The upstairs will be partly furnished. There is one bathroom with two sinks downstairs and one half bathroom upstairs. The living room has a built in AC unit and there is access to coin operated laundry machines on site. The Campus Townhouse apartments are located on the corner of 11th and Pleasant- in a great location between Pearl Street, campus and the hill, walkable to all. Utilities are included in the price as well. I have a parking permit that allows your vehicle to park in permit parking lot behind the apartment. There is also street parking in front and on the side of the building.

Roommate (he) is a college aged student and is a very welcoming person. There is only one roommate in the apartment. He is a very clean person who picks up after himself and tends to himself.
