The apartment has a calm vibe with a beautiful balcony facing a big tree. It’s very spacious with high ceilings for a New York apartment. Each room has the same space, which is 122 sq ft, with a closet. We have a full kitchen with a farmhouse sink and a dishwasher. The entire apartment is electric, so no gas, with air conditioning units in each room that have cold and warm settings. Laundry in building!

We are both from the same city in south Florida and moved here just under two years ago. I work in tech as a sales engineer and Andrea is an aspiring actress. We both enjoy exploring the city to fully grasp what this city has to offer. People would describe us as kind, caring and fun to be around. We both have hybrid work schedules and we are usually out during the weekends.
