Gaylord Street

This property is right outside the heart of downtown Denver with a bright living space and great backyard for entertaining or chilling! The house was built in the early 1900’s – two of its awesome features are exposed brick and massive windows. The house truly has so much unique charm and character! It was recently renovated, so the inside doesn’t feel old. There are three bathrooms, three bedrooms, a washer/dryer, and two parking spots in a closed garage. There is also plenty of street parking right out front. The area around the house is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores and anything else you would need! City Park is also within walking distance from the house, and Cheeseman Park is very close as well. The bedroom that is available is technically an old attic that has been renovated to have beautiful wood floors, a huge closet and a personal heating and cooling unit. Some of the ceiling is a little low, but it is very cozy and livable. It is the most private room in the house. P.S. Hi! Our names are Alyssa and Jess, and we are both high school teachers. We are both 25 and also happen to both be Cancers lol. :) We have lived in Colorado for four years, so we know the area well! Jess has a cat, Rue, and she is the most loving and social cat. She truly loves everyone she meets! Our previous roommate had two small dogs and they all got along great (They even played together in the backyard). We are open to more pets in the house, but they would have to get along well with cats. We are both VERY social and love to meet new people. Some of our hobbies include hanging out with our friends, thrifting, going to concerts, crafting, cooking, hosting get-togethers, and watching movies/ TV shows. Our house is pretty chill during week nights because we both wake up early for work, but during the weekends, we like to do a mix of going out/being social and having chill nights in. We are both very clean and enjoy making our house a funky girls pad. We are looking for a roommate who is kind, chill, clean, and respectful. If you are looking for new friends, great! But, if you are wanting more space, we will be respectful of that as well! We are looking for someone ideally to sign a year lease.
