Your private room, is 12x12 in the front of the house, away from other roommate and Laundry room. Shared bathroom with a .5 bath in the laundry room. $1,800 in rent, then utilities(Wifi, Garbage, Electricity) vary in the $300ish 50/50 - $1,100ish give or take Bed Frame will stay in you have a use for it, everything else will be taken out
