Private room for rent

Looking for a Roommate. There would be shared spaces in the home such as the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and basement. You would have a private bedroom, area in the basement for storage, access to garage for storage, use of fire pit in spring thru fall, etc.

Open to a roommate who has a pet, has a child etc. I ask that you clean up after yourself (dishes, laundry, packages, etc), do your own laundry, communicate with me about rent, if things break or need repair, etc.

Rent would include 2 bedrooms, shared full bath, all utilities including internet and streaming services.

I have a dog who is very friendly- she loves people and is dog friendly. I’m more of a homebody, and am fairly quiet; currently working on another specialist certification. I like to read and play video games.
