Gianna's room

Hi everyone my name is Gianna, and I would like for someone to stay in the apartment by themselves . I will be subletting ! I am a young mom who cannot pay for an apartment and would like for someone to live there and pay 600$ plus bills . I will get rid of all my accounts and you can create your own ( cps, internet ). I was pay 200$ towards base rent every month. Base rent is 799 a month . Lease has 8 months left . Our apartment is located smack center in the medical center . Hospitals neighboring as well as many coffee shops , cafes , and more . This location is almost 15 minutes away from everything in sa, so close to utsa and saint marys ! The apartment complex also has a gym and pool all access 24 hours .

Me and my son will not be staying there . Will be staying somewhere else . We will be subletting!
