Completely private with your own outdoor eating area and private entrance. This home is fully heated & cooled and has a high end queen size mattress. There is a small area to hang clothes. Some storage available upon request. Wireless internet & TV is in place for your working & entertainment needs. This property is very close to UC Davis Medical Center, Sutter Hospital, Shriners Hospital. We are located minutes from midtown Sacramento, East Sac and Sac State. It is an extremely bikeable neighborhood. You will feel right at home in this property.

Our names are Rene & Dana and we have 2 young kids who love the outdoors and keep us busy. We live on an alleyway and is a very good neighborhood where all the neighbors know each other. We are looking for someone who respects our space.
