Excellent Neighborhood, very quit, everyone is friendly. 1 private parking 5 minutes away to I35 5 minutes to groceries 5 minutes to QT 5 minutes to AMC I been in the neighborhood for almost 2 years and no crimes at all I do have a parrot african grey. He talks alot and fun to hangout with also he sleeps around 20 hours
