The room is in a two-bedroom third-floor apartment with the shared bathroom and laundry nook between the two bedrooms. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as the usual appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave). The apartment complex is quiet and close to several food and shopping options, as well as a theater and several parks. It’s also close to bus stops if you use public transit.

I like to think of myself as the ideal roommate, because with me it’s almost as though you get to live by yourself. I like to do my own thing and work on projects in my room; the only time you’d even see me is if I’m in the kitchen. At the same time, if you’re the sociable type, I am too. My priority is making sure we’re both happy and comfortable with our living arrangement.

I’ve had the same job for over ten years, so my working situation is stable, and I work every weekday from 6:30AM to 5:30PM. Once I’m home, I make my dinner and then relax in my room for the rest of the evening, so the kitchen would pretty much be yours after that. I also do laundry on Saturdays, so the rest of the week is wide open for your laundry needs. I think that’s enough to go on for now, so I look forward to hearing from you!
