About the room

Room is available now. About place: -renting out master bedroom with private bathroom

This house is in the best part of Orlando! You are close to all the bars and restaurants. You are within walking distance of 2 beautiful parks with walking trails, basketball courts, tennis courts, and playgrounds. I can’t describe how awesome it is to live in this area. Everything is within walking/biking distance. The house is close to the 408 and I4. Convenient to everything downtown, Thornton Park, Ivanhoe Village, Mills 50, the Milk District, Winter Park, Amway Center, Orlando City Soccer Stadium, and Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center. 30–45-minute drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, and Walt Disney World theme parks.

The house has a screened porch. Hammock area. Newly remodeled kitchen. Huge fenced-in backyard with mature trees. The backyard feels calm and peaceful. Full kitchen privileges/shared pantry. Laundry on property. It’s a 25-minute walk to Lake Eola and it takes about 5 minutes to drive there. The house is on a quiet residential street. Super relax vibes. The neighborhood feels safe.

About the roomies

About myself. I am a male in my 30’s, engineer. I work with water and the environment. I am chill, I like to go grab drinks downtown, and go dancing. I like cycling, tennis, pickleball. I love nature and enjoy being outside. I love hiking, learning about plants, growing plants. Environmentalist. This past year I made an organic vegetable garden in the backyard of the house. I’m learning about permaculture. My main hobby is practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and the gym has become my second home. I love traveling and have been to Europe a couple of times and have backpacked most countries in Latin America. I speak Spanish and Portuguese.

Note: I have a one-year-old chocolate lab that I adopted. She is super cute, lovable and playful. If you are not a dog person this house is probably not for you.

If I interested in room. Send me a message telling me about yourself. Hobbies, goals, dreams. How long do you need room for?
