About the roomies
Hello👋🏼 I am a senior at UCSD getting ready to leave for a study abroad program in Germany. ✈️ I will be leaving at the end of March and need someone to take over my lease. My lease ends on the 31st of August, so my sublease contract will end the same time. 📆 Additionally, if you find yourself loving the condo, you will be able to continue your stay by signing up for a lease with my landlord. 🏠
I wish I could stay longer but I will be moving to Utah to be with my boyfriend after I come back from my trip.🚚 It’s a great place; it’s clean, has an open-concept, well-furnished, and my roommates are friendly. I have no complaints about the space.😌
Speaking of my roommates, one is a sophomore at UCSD, 🎓 and the other is an English teacher. 📚 We all get along well, clean up after ourselves, and are respectful of each other’s space and privacy. I would describe our dynamic to be relaxed, quiet, and peaceful.✨
