Ricky's room

I am renting a large room with large walk-in closet ($1,100; last picture) or a smaller room with nice closet ($900; first four pictures) in my three bedroom house with loads of free parking out front, next to bus routes, and five minutes from Midtown Miami and Wynwood. I bought this house a year and a half ago and fully gutted it and renovated it. The house has a huge fenced in back yard and large front lawn.

I’m a gay guy in my mid thirties, my partner lives in Midtown and I am there most of the time. I work in communications for a large nonprofit and travel some for work. I have a cute Frenchie mix black dog too, her name is Ella.
