I’m in the process of moving into this rental and am looking for a roommate! This is a split level home where you would have the downstairs which includes a bedroom, bathroom, and living area, with a shared laundry area (downstairs) and kitchen (upstairs). Large house in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Sparks that backs up to BLM land, with large enclosed yard, garden area with fruit trees, patio, and off street parking. Myself and my dog will be the upstairs occupants (another animal may be possible after discussion with landlord). Move in date is tentative as owners are still in the house and are in the process of moving. Looking for a single professional who has stable income and is planning to be in the area for a while, and who doesn’t mind an energetic dog. Female preferred, but open to males.

I am a 30 year old professional who is transitioning to the natural resources non-profit world after spending the last 6 years working for the Forest Service. New to living in Reno, but not new to the area. I am very outdoorsy and like to spend my time hiking, hunting, fishing, camping, etc. and when I’m not outside I enjoy reading and knitting. I am also a lover of live music and dancing and love to go out. Bit of an introverted extrovert. I am very extroverted in social settings, but can keep to myself as well.
