One room available in a 4 bedroom apartment. $900 Male or Female Unfurnished room AC window unit included 3 windows in room with great air flow
Location: Laundry is on site in the basement & 1 minute walk to a massive laundry mat 2 minute walk to coffee & food spots. 10 minute walk to Centre street with lots of great restaurants!
Iām willing to facetime or meet to show the room. Can discuss availability as Iām moving out of town quickly.
About the roomies
There has been both males & females that have lived here. Currently there are 3 other males aside from myself. All 3 are non smokers and are respectable of the space that is shared, such as the kitchen and bathroom. Everyone is quiet at all times, and typically keeps to themselves. Will also get to meet them prior to move in!
