Hi all <3 My friend Savannah and I are looking for a third femme roommate to join us in the cutest little house we just rented in Windsor Park with lots of windows and a beautiful backyard. The room for rent (9 1/2 ft by 11ft) is $695 plus monthly utilities and we’d ask for a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Unfortunately our lease limits us to 2 pets so we can’t add any more animals.

Savannah and I are both dancers in the contact improvisation community, avid thrifters and enjoy creativity in general! I work in the film industry as a costumer and have a cat named Summer. Savannah is a psychotherapist in private practice and has a small dog named Cleo. We want to create a home vibe that meets our needs for open communication, cozy refuge as well as nourishing community. We’d love to have regular nights where we cook and eat together. We’re looking for balance between regularly winding down at a reasonable hour but also having the space to throw the occasional dress up dinner party.
