My large 5 bedroom home (one room which I use as an office) is spacious and quiet. Ideal for a family, the immediate neighborhood children age range from 3-14. Located in Roseville near Blue Oaks/Woodcreek Oaks. 2 story home, all bedrooms are upstairs.

Self-employed male, 40+ and work at an office and from home. Ideal for anybody that is professional, sane and employed full-time with verifiable references. I don’t need anybody to take care of anything or fix anything up, just looking for somebody that can pay their rent on time, all the time. Full kitchen and house privileges as long as you clean up after yourself, and bring no pets or drama. I do have one female elderly cat. No drugs, but alcohol in moderation is fine. The rooms for rent are as follows: 1) A bedroom with private bath. 2) - Either 1 or 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. No smoking in the house, but out in the back yard is fine if you are a smoker. It is ok for an occasional house guest, but not looking for additional occupants without paying rent. Parking available directly in front of the house. Security system with cameras.
